TALENTS: SKILLS AND HABITUDES

Skills might be physical or mental capabilities that can be as portable as the gift of gab or as complex as listening between the lines when negotiating a truce in an ongoing collision of ideologies. Many people have one or more marketable skills. This availability of skills however is sometimes not enough to get a […]

TALENT DEVELOPMENT: Who knew?

We do not have to be small business gurus to recognize that the primary strain and stress points of a large number of businesses are everything related to employees. It seems that getting employees on the same page by providing training is one challenge and moving them to adopt the new practice is another. And, […]

Tipping Point for Sustainability

Posted September 28, 2015 by Craigin Articles, Coaching, Pain Points, Talent Development

Maintaining the Charade Nothing seems to be working as you’d hoped or planned. The valued employees are hard to find and harder to keep. Marketing to get customers is costly and unpredictable and referrals from clients who had seemingly good experiences are rare. You may be barely covering overhead and not paying yourself a salary as planned. Or […]

TALENTS: SKILLS AND HABITUDES

I always look forward to my conversations with Craig. He is a great listener and can distil the many and often complex personal or business issues facing an individual that might not be immediately obvious. Craig asks the right questions that quickly pinpoint the crux of the situation providing helpful insights, ideas, and questions to ponder. It is not just the questions he asks, Craig’s ability to inject a slightly different way of looking at or analyzing the situation has proved invaluable over the past 12 months. This approach has provided me with the insight to make very solid decisions based upon his guidance. I wholeheartedly recommend Craig to anyone in transition, considering making a transition or just trying to grow or improve any situation, in their business, professionally or personally.

Kenneth Baker President

"Craig Winger helps a number of our clients work through personal and professional issues holding them back from their full potential, including myself. He coaches them through the process to reach new heights of success in a way that allows the client to come to their own conclusions and take action to make changes."

Audrey B.

"Craig's insight, fresh approach and attention to detail has proven to be a valuable asset for the future of our business."

Stan G.

"When I began working with Craig less than a year ago, I was “stuck.” I did not know what I wanted to do with my life. I knew that I had a purpose, everybody does, but I could not figure out what I was meant to do with my life. I took risks with Craig and shared my shame, my guilt, and my fears. I soon realized that I could talk with Craig about anything. Craig is the only person who succeeded in helping me let go of my shame, so that I could move forward in my life. Craig’s coaching and encouragement gives me a safe place to dream, and as Craig likes to say, “… learn and grow while having fun!” In less than a year, I have changed careers; I have de-cluttered my house – I continue to let go of things that no longer serve me, and I have clarified and defined my purpose. Today, I am “unstuck,” and I owe a debt of gratitude to Craig for his help. Because of Craig, I, now, have “room to dance,” both literally and figuratively. If you feel “stuck,” Craig is The Man!
